We believe that this aftersales care is more important than your lifetime warranty as it is pro-active. It prevents things from going wrong whereas a warranty is a promise of what will be don only AFTER something has gone wrong.
It doesn’t matter is your system was installed by someone else, you can still avail your self of our sump pump service program and benefit from our superior technology as and when it comes time to upgrade your sump pump system.
Our service program starts from as little as $149.00 per year for a single mains pump system.
We clean the sump pit of and dirt and debris silt and sediment, check and clean the pump impeller, valve and float switch, removing any limescale and hose test the drainage system. A visual inspection is made and the pump(s) are tested in-situ. Where a battery pump is installed a load test is carried out on the battery tested. The high water level alarm will be tested and batteries replaced as necessary.
Any rubber joiners or valves that need replacing will be replaced as necessary.
In addition to that we advise you of anything that is relevant from our observations and testing.
If we discover any faults which are covered by the warranty, an immediate replacement is carried out free of charge.
THE NEW ABS STAINLESS-STEEL POWERPUMP
The precision engineered ABS Powerpump is more energy efficient than other pumps in it's class due to the low internal friction.
This means it costs you less to run, does not generate anywhere as much heat and noise as other pumps and attracts less limescale as a result.
It also does not suffer the same corrosions problems as cast iron pumps!
This prolongs the life of the pump and reduces servicing costs.

The new tinted, yet translucent lid is one of the latest innovations of Advanced Basement Solutions.
This feature is not only convenient but could save you money by helping to avoid unnecessary service calls and gives you the peace of mind.
As all of the pipes and wires are routed sideways, below floor level, not through the sump lid, it is no necessary to disconnect them prior to opening the sump lid. This makes servicing easier and less expensive and also saves the risk of making a mess in a finished basement!
This compliments the see through in-line quiet check valve so now you can see everything that is going on with your system without even having to lift the sump lid, let alone disconnect all the plumbing and wires before you can even lift this lid.
The inline valve can be concealed behind a sheetrock panel door in finished basements and because it is see through it does not need to be disconnected to check the operation and for any silt build up.
All of our annual service customers have access to our 24/7 emergency help line and have the option of routing the telephone dialer (an option with the Powerup) to our 24/7 emergency number, so we will be there for you when you need us!

Inspections ports in the sub-floor drainage allow for checking and cleaning of thee drainage channel.
For finished basements the inspection port is sited between two 45 degree corners so that it stand proud of the wall lining. Straight, inline ports are difficult or impossible to access in a finished basement – just one of the little improvements that we think of! – see pictures.
